Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Gardening & Cleaning, a trading division of Living Styles UK 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Our Services

We provide gardening, cleaning, rubbish clearance and basic maintenance services residential and commercial blocks and mix use building in South London. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms of business.

4. Quotes and Pricing

4.1 We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We aim to provide a quote within 3 days of your instruction.

4.3 All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.4 While we strive for accuracy, prices may be subject to change based on site conditions discovered at start of work. If that the case we will re-quote prior to starting.

5. Our Guarantee – No Financial Risk

5.1 For taking over residential and commercial blocks and mix use building in South London, If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with our first gardening or cleaning visit, and did not meet the standards that your company specified, you will not be charged. This is our commitment to providing a risk-free trial of our services.

5.2 If any aspect of our work is not to the agreed standard, you must notify us of the issues within 2 days of the work being completed, either by your on-site visit or from the photographs we provide of completed works.

5.3 We will have an additional 3 days to resolve the issues after the 2 day period of notification.

5.4 If you remain unsatisfied after this resolution period, we will not proceed further, no charge will be applied, and we will wish you well with another company.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 For ongoing services, invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

6.2 For one-off small projects, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.For large jobs, payment would be in three stages: 30% prior to starting, 30% halfway through (cleared funds), and 40% after the project has been signed off or completion agreed.
If pictures and/or video footage have been sent to the property manager of the block, coupled with an email confirming completion, and no reply is received within 10 days stating otherwise, then this will be deemed as completed.

6.3 Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.. If payment is not made by the 1st day of the 60th day from the invoice being received, interest will be applied at 4% above the bank interest rate, backdated for the last 30 days, and continuing until the invoice is paid. In addition, an admin fee of £15.00 per chase-up communication after the 60th day of outstanding payment will be applied. The frequency of these communications will be up to two per month until payment is received.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 You agree to provide safe access to your property for our staff at agreed times.

7.2 You must inform us of any hazards, pets, or special considerations before work commences.

7.3 For cleaning services, access to power and water (where applicable) should be available.

7.4 For rubbish clearance, you authorise us to dispose of items in accordance with local waste regulations.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 2 weeks notice without charge.

8.2 Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice may incur a charge of 50% of the agreed service fee.

8.3 For annual or one-off services, our satisfaction guarantee (Section 5) applies for first-time customers.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Living Styles UK 2026 and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.4 We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance covering all our commercial communal block services.

11. Health and Safety

We take health and safety very seriously. Our professional and highly-trained staff are well-versed in all procedures and practices. All tasks are undertaken with employee and customer safety paramount.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
