If you never used us before, then a trial period is highly recommended. If we take over your residential block, Something that you won't hear from other service companies as they are not prepared to stick their necks out, but we will! If you are not happy with the end results, we won't charge you for our first visit on cleaning and therefore you have no financial risk on the block service charges. (All we ask if something is not to standard is for you to list the things of issues within 2 days of the actually work done, either by your visit on-site or from the photos that we will forward to you of works completed, then give us an additional 3 days to resolve it, and if you still not happy, we will not proceed any further and no charge will be applied and we will wish you well with another company.)

Additions – add-on's only if required.
- disinfect bins and surrounding areas monthly.
- Replace internal light bulbs (bulbs charged additionally).
A check list on visiting needs to be signed for. (including garden visit if allocated)
NOTES
- All light bulb changes to be charged
- Any excess rubbish to be removed from site is chargeable
- We will supply all cleaning consumables ie polish, hoover etc...
- If the communal area is carpeted, then access to Power supplied is needed.
- External window cleaning to common areas can be organized on a when to lobasis.
